What can you play without internet?
The flies, maggots, weapons, campaign, and local records run on your device. The challenge is to wait for a fly to land, strike before it escapes, and keep the infestation below 12 live flies. Four-hit combos earn weapons such as La Chancla, Bug Spray, and the Bug Zapper.

Get ready before going offline
- Download Shut Up Fly from the App Store while connected. It requires iOS 18 or later.
- Open the game and review the sensor briefing. Camera, microphone, and motion access power the full Fly Sense experience.
- Try the first level before you leave, so you know how the warning meter reacts to your surroundings.
- For your own offline check, disconnect Wi-Fi and cellular data, reopen the app, and start a campaign level.
You do not need to create a Shut Up Fly account. Game Center is optional, and an unavailable online leaderboard does not turn the campaign into an online-only game.
Does offline mean the sensors stop?
No. Fly Sense responds to movement and sudden sound changes using signals processed on your iPhone. It does not need to send camera images, microphone audio, or raw sensor readings to a server. See the privacy policy for details.
Your surroundings still affect the challenge. A moving vehicle or noisy room can make the flies harder to approach. A steady seat and a calmer setting suit this game better than a bumpy journey.
